Your team's boring work, done by AI.

We build AI for one job in your operation, wire it into the systems you already run, and keep it running. You sign off; we answer for the numbers.

Applied AI, not chatbots

Most of what we build isn't a chatbot.

It's AI pointed at one job your team does every week: looking at shelves, reading supplier files, turning drawings into something a buyer can walk through. Each tool runs on your data, inside the systems you already use.

Before

Someone walked each store with a printed planogram and a clipboard.

Now

Staff photograph the shelves on a phone. Each photo is matched against the catalogue and that shelf's sales, and every store opens with a fix list ranked by the money at stake.

How it works

Retail · A premium supermarket chain, Bangkok. Client names stay private until a client agrees to be named.

Before and after

Less retyping, chasing and walking the aisles.

Nothing goes live without sign-off

During the pilot your team approves every output. Once accuracy holds, they review only the exceptions.

How we start

Start with one job. Pay for the next step only if it works.

Every step has a fixed price, agreed in writing before it starts. You can stop after any step.

How each step works

  1. 1

    Scope · 2 weeks

We map the job and what it costs you

We sit with the team doing it and measure it. You get a written scope: which job goes first, the baseline, and the target it has to hit. The scope is yours to keep.

  2. 2

    Pilot · 4–6 weeks

The first tool, live on your data

Built into the systems you already run, with your team signing off every output. If it misses the agreed target, you don't pay for the next step.

  3. 3

    Run · Monthly

We run it and report against target

Monitoring, fixes when your inputs change, and a monthly scorecard: volume handled, accuracy, every error listed.

Compared honestly

Why not just hire someone?

You could. Here's how what we build compares with hiring, or buying software off the shelf.

Works inside your existing systems

Us: Yes

Hiring: Yes · Software: You switch to theirs

Ready in

Us: 4–6 weeks for the first job

Hiring: 2–3 months to hire and train · Software: Weeks, then you set it up

Works nights and weekends

Us: Yes, with your sign-off rules

Hiring: Overtime, if at all · Software: Only what it was built for

Who fixes it when it breaks

Us: We do. It's our job.

Hiring: They do, if they stay · Software: A support ticket

If it doesn't work out

Us: You don't pay for the next step

Hiring: Notice period · Software: Locked into a contract

Before you book

What operators ask before they start

If yours isn't here, ask us on the call.

What does a first project actually look like?

One job, one target, one team. A two-week scope ends with a written baseline and a target, say gaps found per store per week. The pilot runs on your data for four to six weeks and is judged against that number.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Against the baseline we measured in scoping, on your own cases. Every month you get a scorecard: volume handled, accuracy, and every error by name. If the pilot misses the agreed target, you don't pay for the next step.

What do you need from our side?

Read access to the systems the job touches, a sample of real cases, and one person to sign off the tool's work during the pilot. Usually a few hours a week, not a project team.

Where does our data go?

It is used only to do your job and to grade it. Which data, which systems and who can see what are agreed in writing before anything is built, and the scope says where it is processed.

What happens when your systems or suppliers change?

We fix it. A new PDF layout, a renamed field or a model update is our problem, not yours. Every change is re-tested on your cases before it goes live, and you hear about it in the monthly report.

Do we own what you build?

Your data, your outputs and the written scope are yours. How the running tool is licensed and handed over is agreed in the contract before the pilot starts.

Who is accountable when it gets something wrong?

We are, for the tool. That is why anything money depends on keeps a person's sign-off, and why every error is logged, explained and fixed in the next release.

Can it run across stores, sites or countries?

Yes. The retail tools run across a chain in Thai and English. Each new site or language is added against the same target, so you see whether it holds before it scales.

When should we not do this?

When the job happens a few times a month, or nobody can say what a right answer looks like. We'll say so on the first call, before you pay for anything.

“Our promise is simple. If what we build doesn't save what we agreed at the start, you don't pay for the next step. We'd rather lose the job than run something that doesn't work.”

hello@boringagents.co

Tell us the job your team hates. We'll tell you if AI can do it.

A 30-minute call with the people who would build it. No technical knowledge needed: just describe the job, how often it happens, and how you check it's done right.
