How we work

One job at a time. Pay for the next step only if it works.

Every engagement runs the same three steps. Each has a fixed price agreed in writing before it starts, and you can stop after any of them.

The three steps

Scope, pilot, run.

What you get from each step, and what we need from you.

Step 1 · Scope · 2 weeks

We map the job and what it costs you

We sit with the team doing it and measure it. You get a written scope: which job goes first, the baseline, and the target it has to hit. The scope is yours to keep.

You get

  • The job to start with, and why that one
  • Today's baseline: hours, gaps, response times
  • The target the pilot has to hit
  • A fixed price for the pilot

We need from you

  • A few hours with the people who do the job
  • A sample of real cases: photos, files, messages
  • Read access to the systems involved
Step 2 · Pilot · 4–6 weeks

The first tool, live on your data

Built into the systems you already run, with your team signing off every output. If it misses the agreed target, you don't pay for the next step.

You get

  • One tool, live on your data
  • Built into the systems you already use
  • A weekly note on what it did and got wrong
  • A result against the target, in writing

We need from you

  • One person to sign off its work during the pilot
  • Write access where its output lands
  • A short check-in each week
Step 3 · Run · Monthly

We run it and report against target

Monitoring, fixes when your inputs change, and a monthly scorecard: volume handled, accuracy, every error listed.

You get

  • Monitoring, and fixes when your inputs change
  • A monthly report card on your own cases
  • Every error listed, with what we did about it
  • The next job, when you want it

We need from you

  • A named owner on your side
  • A heads-up when your process changes
No new software

Built into the systems you already run

During scoping we list every system the job touches. The pilot is built inside them, not beside them.

Your team keeps working where it works

The work arrives in the inbox, sheet or system they already check. No new logins, no training day. If you run something not listed here, we connect to that instead.

What it costs

Fixed prices, in writing, one step at a time.

We don't sell a platform licence. You see the price of each step before it starts, and you can stop after any step.

1

Scope

A fixed fee. The written scope is yours to keep, whether or not you go on.

2

Pilot

A fixed fee, tied to the target in the scope. Miss it, and you don't pay for the next step.

3

Run

A monthly fee for running it, fixing it and reporting on it.

This isn't for you if…

We'd rather say so on the first call than after you've paid for anything.

  • The job happens a few times a month. It won't pay back.
  • Nobody can say what a right answer looks like. We can't grade it, so we won't build it.
  • You want AI to give advice, set prices or sign anything. Ours prepares; your people decide.
  • You want software to run yourselves. We build and run it; we don't hand over a platform.

Tell us the job your team hates. We'll tell you if AI can do it.

A 30-minute call with the people who would build it. No technical knowledge needed: just describe the job, how often it happens, and how you check it's done right.
